I would have to agree.  In addition to all of the benefits and security
extended to the selected candidate, the quality and timeliness of the work
or project is then guaranteed for the client.

What's wrong with outsourcing?  When it's done right, you can't tell that

individual contractors.  I know some EugLugers would love to take on work
