The OpenBSD web site has a FAQ chapter titled "Migrating from Linux".
It's only a couple of screensful. You should read it.

I haven't touched NetBSD. But having spent the last few weeks
playing with OpenBSD, I'd summarize the difference as:
In OpenBSD, there is a lot less software. But what's there is
tested, complete, configured, and fully documented. If it's
not complete and ready to use, it's not there.
So if you're afraid most things won't "just work", be unafraid.
