yeah, but they also say that the 680LC40 chip isn't supported.  i seem to
recall having one of those in my 610 (although the last time i opened the
case was about a year ago...)

i'll check it tonight.  if it's an 040, i'll go grab a scsi cdrom and we can
play with an old mac on thursday!
