does "picker" allow me to wipe my friends on the couch?

when i'm finished with my current project, i'm going to write a mock
carnival fortune teller with your face on it. every answer it gives is
going to somehow be related to "picker". even better, i'll stay late at
work and write it in VBA with a SQL 7 table for the answers, thus making
it totally incompatible with linux

i'm going to lisence it under the "justin-mocks-seth-public-lisence"
(JMSPL) wherein you must contribute to picker in some way before you can
re-write or distribute the code.
