Anyone try apt-spy? I learned of it today. You run it, and it gets a list of debian mirrors, checks each one for how fast it is, and then writes a new apt/sources.list file for you choosing the fastest mirror. I'm running woody, and it put in stable sources, so I had to edit it afterwards. But otherwise it is pretty sweet.
