Under Windows, getright, gozilla, or my choice,
flashget all are good.

For ssh, it's a little harder, none of the above
(including the linux ones) will do via ssh so far
as I know.  I'd say rsync would, but it'd a bear
to configure.

I use sz/rz via ssh with no problem, works well. 
SecureCRT from windows likes it.  I think Putty's
zmodem is broken (last time I played with it, who
knows).  At least Zmodem will do recovery of a
partial file.
