Anyone know how to get dark fiber around here? Or rather "dark copper". A friend in portland said he was able to pay a third party to get all of the necessary permits and run a cable from one location to another. We want to run one across the street, or maybe two blocks down. This is short enough, I want just a cat 5 cable, or even coax.
