UPSes aren't mainstream. Sorry. Anyone smart enough to buy a UPS is already head and shoulders ahead enough to use Linux. Mainstream is when it's shipped in a Cereal Box. CDs in cereal boxes is popular now. Let's suggest that General Foods put Linux in one: I'm Cuckoo for Linux! or Silly Rabbit, Linux is for Kids.... 10 Different Linux distro, collect all of them! btw, the first one to make a cereal cable joke gets it.
