The UofO computing center has been actively punishing students for some time 
for downloading copyrighted material.  I was told a while back that I would 
probably get called to task for downloading ISOs.  But so far no one has said 
anything to me about it.  I don't do it very often so maybe I haven't got 
high enough on there list yet.
