Id like to see that too, however Im not using the computers in the office,
and I feel that whatever the people using the computers want to use is more
important. Certainly the public use comptuers could all be linux, and if
there are spare windows licences around, then maybe some with windows too
(possibly dual boot, ...)
Doug uses linux at home, and ray has had linux, but i think he prefers
windows. If office personel had an optioin, maybe they would try it. Last I
saw, alicia used mandrake for playing mahjongg, checking email, and web
browsing, but alex never tried it, and is vehimetly opposed to linux, as he
claims "linux is too difficutl to use". ofcourse he never seemed to use linux
on any of the computers I installed it on, nor did he ask me anything about
linux, other than can i install it...
Larry and pat use linux, but console only, ive never seen either use a gui,
and there are some computers in the classroom with linux on them (dual boot),
but I think Im the only person that uses them under linux.
