I guess so. That machine's been running for 1 1/2 years, crashing
once a day. BTW, I now have a machine that has had several
Linux distros running on it, as well as Netware 5.1 and 6.0. So, I go
to install NT on it to run some Micro$uck-specific apps. When I go
to install, it requires a vendor-supplied driver (Advansys 940 U/W,
not exactly really off-the-wall) which it uses and detects the
controller. Now, it copies the files to the hard drive and asks to
reboot. I reboot, it does some setup stuff, then asks me to reinsert
the CD-ROM. I do, it copies some files, then asks for my SCSI
driver disk again. I put it in, it copies the files, then asks for me to
put in the CD-ROM (which is already inserted).
Cute, eh? Gee, I *never* have this much "fun" with Linux....
