I'm looking for software that will automatically create large product catalogs with text and graphics.
At this point the software platform is not important, and the hardware platform is less important. The software of course needs to import from a database. MS SQL or ado/odbc is preferable, but others are possible. It also needs to be robust and efficient in the creation and printing of catalogs up to 600-1000 or more pages. Basically I'm looking for something that could print a phone book, which has both automatically formatted columns of text and phone numbers, as well as pictures and advertisements.
