Isn't Linux sweet. I don't even think you could have done this with windows.
I have 2 Dorio Terminals I had one of them installed and it was great. Seth
always said if your box froze up you could reset it from the network. Well X
froze up and wouldn't allow me to do anything from the keyboard. I got on
my Dorio terminal and killed X. I got my Dorio's at Goodwill for about $5.
You have to ask for them since they aren't a hot seller. It's great You can
do things like this. I think it was Rob S. who gave me the nickname
"Dorioman".

I know if you have a TV tuner card you can do ASCII TV. I never did try it
but I still want to. It would be fun to show off. I think if someone saw
that running this they would know your a geek. You'd have your speakers for
sound and ascii for the video. I wanted to get this going at a weekly
clinic. Maybe you can try getting it going. Seth told me where the site
was. I think you can do a search of ascii TV. I'm going to have to get my
Dorio going again and try ascii TV.

Since Mike has a TV card he might want to try it.
