I'm not quite sure what the best layout is for a web server.  For a file server I use:
10 G Boot Drive -
1536 /
6933 /usr
1024 /var
 512 /tmp

The Data Drive is as big as the client can afford.
Users, database(s), web server and swap partition are on this drive.
