Don't know Jim Allchin? You want to read this article from kuro5hin.

I don't want to be Jim Allchin

Robert X. Cringely's column this week is about the same topic. His
view is that Microsoft is having trouble keeping customers on the
upgrade treadmill to get new features, so Bill thinks that people will
be more likely to pay for improved security.

        Trust me, I'm From Microsoft

SatireWire has the following commentary on Microsoft software quality.

SURPRISE SETTLEMENT EVENLY SPLITS MICROSOFT; ONE FIRM TO MAKE
        SOFTWARE, OTHER TO MAKE PATCHES

Okay, I'm just dredging up random URLs. I'll stop now. But I'm
seeing a sudden and large increase in Microsoft-bashing. And not just
from the usual malcontents. It's going mainstream -- the FBI??? When
was the last time the FBI published a warning about a defective product?
