If shopping for a motherboard I suggest staying away from the Via KT133A chipset or being prepared for an immediate kernel upgrade to at least 2.4.10. I've found it was the reason half my installs were getting screwed up. BTW... XFree86 4.2 is out for you bleeding edgers.
