At this juncture, the �deal� (Proposed Final Judgment) offered by the Department of Justice allows Microsoft to continue its monopolistic style practices. Microsoft will not be penalized for these actions and thus, jeopardizes NON-Microsoft minions, i.e., JAVA, Linux, AOL, the Mac or any other non-Microsoft code base or services. Would you join with thousands of other technology users and email a note to the federal judge assigned to this case: Her Honor, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly?
