        I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to subscribe. Aside from the
current flame threads, I'm pretty sure he's uninterested in eug-lug.

        I'm not sure whether to classify it as a bug or a feature, but
I've watched it react that way to non-listowners who started a line with a
listproc command, and often it's appropriate. Doug got passed because the
first non-blank character was >.
