Rob, yes NS 4.7 on Win98 crashed 3 times in a row while loading the new
page. That's the environment I have to use in the morning. If the page is
not just for Eug-LUG but for the intire www this should be a
consideration ......................... Horst.

Note: There is a lot of CSS in this, so netscape 4.x might not
handle
it well. (Get mozilla, it's pretty stable now ;) If there are a
lot
of NS users, a lot of the quick CSS stuff can be redone in tables,
though.
