Randal L. Schwartz is a two-decade veteran of the
software industry, skilled in software design,
system administration, security, technical
writing, and training.  He writes regular columns
for a number of magazines and is a frequent
contributor to the Perl newsgroups, and has
moderated the comp.lang.perl.announce newsgroup
since its inception.  He is one of the few people
in the world qualified to use P+++++ in his
'geekcode'. He is also a founding board member of
the Perl Mongers (perl.org), the worldwide Perl
grassroots advocacy organization.  Since 1985,
Randal has owned and operated Stonehenge
Consulting Services, Inc.
