Greetings all, Just wondering if any of you have experience with the Compaq IJ300 printer on Linux/*BSD? The printer is a cheap little freebie that came with my wife's PC and actually works pretty well on Mr Bill's OS. The consensus seems to be this printer is actually a rebranded Lexmark Z11 and there are two print-filter (the "cZ11" & "cZ11somsom") listed at www.linuxprinting.org for it, though the support pages warn that using it could cause a meltdown (!) on certain printers - something I'd rather avoid at this point, hence this inquiry ~8^J Cheers, Beaker - soon to be in Eugene, OR running NetBSD-1.5.2/i386 _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
