If you're still thinking it's worthwhile, I have an extra laptop, a
TI 486 TravelMate 4000M with mal-functioning keyboard (maybe just a
cable problem). I even have a manual for it, which I may want to look
at again some day for my TravelMate 5000. You'll have to figure out
the rest.
