It went fairly well, we managed to get to the debian linux uncompress
cycle with a Sparcstation that someone left lying around the office
but init failed. (props to neil for being able to type in the missing
IDprom code from the boot prompt)

If anyone has experience with getting linux to run on sparc's we could
definitely use a few pointers (though I'd like to get more familiar with
the boot loader (which is a forth interpreter in it's own right) and can
do neat tricks )
