i hate to be a dork about this, but the OpenBSD hardware list doesn't mention
any 3D graphics cards. is this functionality entirely dependent on X? will my
3D graphics be accelerated under OpenBSD? does OpenBSD have the equivalent of
DRI kernel modules? i'm using a radeon, which runs just fine (accelerated)
under linux and windoze.

i'd love to switch to a proper Unix as linux is pissing me off and windoze
won't install anymore (can't format my drive? what?) but accelerated graphics
are rather important to me. as far as i know, this leaves two (maybe three...)
choices of OS.

my system seems to be fully supported otherwise.

failing that, does anybody have SUSE 8.0 cd's i can borrow, buy or steal on
thursday?
thanks!
