Actually, Klez is a Mass mailer with it's own SMTP engine built in. This
grabs all the addresses in your address book and sends a copy of itself to
everyone on it. But wait, it gets better, it also sends itself to everyone
on the list making it look like it is coming from someone else on the same
list (address spoofing).

Not only that, It is a massive file infector and corruptor which
specifically targets all Anti-Virus software installed on the infected
system and then randomly infects and destroys other files as well.

Windows ME users get particularly bad treatment from this virus. Most of
the Me users that I talk to generally wind up burning their system down and
re-installing the OS.
