After many months without sound in Debian I finally was able to get Bach to
play. It wasn't a high priority to have sound but after listening to some
Bach it is nice listening to the "Fugue in G Major".

It was fairly simple all I had do is add a module and add some permissions to
use sound.

So I have a Dorio dumb terminal, sound, multiple x sessions, all I have to do
is get my network card working. I just have to compile the modules and
install them. Not a real high priority though.

I was thinking about adding another video card and another monitor. Has
anyone done 2 monitors? How do you like it? Can you disconect on without
affecting the other monitor/ x session? Can you run different window
managers in each monitor? Have you done more than two monitors. I'd like to
get two monitors going just to show off linux.

A question for Mike O, What is the make and model of your kvm switch and do
you know if there is a better or comparable one out there?

Is it nice listening to Bach's "Sheep may safely graze".

Now All I have to do is get a powered antenna and get xawtv and asciitv going
and have some fun.

Tim
