When I worked at Purdue, the first Unix machine I ever came in contact with was a mail server running BSD/OS 1.0. Before it had to be replaced, it had been up for a little over 4 years. I have also had an OS/2 machine running PBX software run for about 3 years... If anybody cares about that.
