I found Ben's reference to EnGarde Linux interesting, but at $494.95 for
the official version, it's not something I'm about to run out and buy.

Does anyone have first hand experience with this product or does anyone
care to offer an opinion?

I will shortlly be in a position that will make me do several jobs over a
wide spectrum of duties and knowing that installing something like EnGarde
could at least give me a head start or an bit of an edge in securing a
commercial site would make the cost of entry less daunting.

Specifically I am wondering how one deals with something like Tripwire when
upgrading Apache, PHP, MySQL and the like. I have no experience with this
type of software. No details, I respect your time and can read instructions
too. Just the quick skinny if anyone cares to reply.

Any and all opnions appreciated. Thanks.
