examples) so it's possible for messages that would otherwise be labeled
*Spam* to get a negtive score, particularly if the message is sent to a
number of people and one of them is listed as ALL_SPAM_TO in local.cf

For a smaller more personalised system something like TMDA might be worth
checking out, it's basically adding a confirmation request step for mail
coming from an unknown user so that a spammer would have to answer at a
valid email address in order to reach you direcrtly. 

Not a perfect solution either, but it does preserve the openness of the
net and limit the torrent of canned meatlike substance.
