Yes, I guess you could say it's commercial, for certain definitions of
"commercial".

The language (what little of it there is buried under the HTML) is Turkish.
The title, "En Atesli Siteler" (there should be a cedilla under the first s)
means "The Hottest Sites".  As for the web site mentioned in the From:
address and the body, "www.liselisex.com"...well, "liseli" means "high
school student", and you can probably guess what "sex" means.


Anyway, I don't know if not being able to read it makes it automatically
spam, but I have yet to see a 100%-HTML email that wasn't spam.
