If you're using VNC (Virtual Network Computing) over anything slower
than Ethernet, then you should know that there's an improved VNC out
there called TightVNC.

TightVNC has much better compression of the VNC datastream than
original VNC, and it's compatible with the original VNC. (A tight
viewer interoperates with a classic server, and vice versa -- they
just use the slower format.)

So if you're a VNC user, upgrade!

I just learned about it this week.
