Its my understanding that his needs were taken care of (well.. I guess there 
may still be an issue with the printing, but thats just a matter of the next 
visit...) 
        I was there (sitting next to dan and joeseph) while they setup the dialer 
(gotta love wvdial!), mutt, lynx, and got things working to dans satisfaction 
(well.. I left before they were done...) but I did see things working as 
advertised, and they were working on nicetys such as text colors, alias's and 
such...
