I have a server working great right now.. but : I have a different computer which I am giving Mandrake 9 status.. and I : want that to eventually become my main server. The different comptuter : has a static ip with the last two numbers at 59. My current server has : the last two numbers at 57 with a domain name. So.. 57 will work when 59 goes down? If thats the case, and you just want to move the DNS from 59 to 57, you will need to change your domain names to reflect your new IP (57), and you will need to setup your http.conf to reflect your new virtual hosts (your 59 http.conf will probably work...)
