I'm asking for a friend, and so far I don't know too much about eBooks. I thought thew were like PDFs and Adobe had something to do with them? What's the Open Ebook and all the other 'ebook' formats mentioned (zTXT, Rich Reader, TealDoc, Plucker, etc)?
What's an ebook? Are they just for PDAs? Or more general than that? If my friend wants to sell an ebook and wants a wide audience, which format should he be shooting towards?
