Yeah, VIA Arena isn't too Linux savvy. The file I downloaded is
a compressed tar file. Extract it into parts like this.
$ tar xvfz 'VIA RH9 Audio Driver ver0.8A.gz'
That extracts three files. One of them is Readme.pdf.
