Before you get too ecstatic about Fry's, do a quick google on "fry's electronics customer service". http://www.google.com/search?q=fry%27s+electronics+customer+service Fry's also treats their employees like shit, even for a retail company. (I didn't find as much evidence for that on the web -- not sure why.)
