What, you don't like the wiki? Or don't want a web record? I suppose an IRC chat might be helpful, but it requires that we all be available at the same time -- a tough one, if you haven't noticed!
bb PS - modifying the wiki node, and/or creating new nodes to work out our swag-related issues off-loads some banter from the main mailing list. The "cat-herding" sub-list would also be an appropriate place for such banter, if email is preferrable to web/wiki usage, or IRC(?)...
