Jim I never knew we had a membership or did they start since I been gone? As far as I knew when Seth was the unofficial / official leader if you showed up you were a member. If I did something like provide tables or such I would ask what we would need and someone would tell me bring tables so I did. I guess I would have been one of the executive committee members then just for helping to make the demo day a success. It was funny when Seth said we needed to take a break for the summer and voila the "REBEL EUGLUG" group started since us rebels didn't have nothing better to do. :-) There were a core members who would show up rain or shine. I was one of them. I started writing about what happened at the meetings for the people who could not make it. I would see some every week and others on a monthly basis. It was great to see everyone weekly or monthly they were still members. I know I miss Seth's e-mails which are few and far between ,now.
I know having a Demo Day or other things required someone to organize it. I know I can't speak for Bob but I think he wants to get some things set up so we can put it on our calendars. If things haven't changed, if your there, and you want to be one of the ones deciding for the demo day / meeting, your one the executive committee. I like the idea for herding pequins rather than cat. Although I understand the reasoning behind herding cat's. It's hard to do. So it's great Bob is taking the initiative and giving a title to some people who help organize events. And I guess if Seth, yourself or I would be there we too could be on the executive committee. If I'm wrong Bob let me know? I can say as far as I'm concerned Seth will always be part of EUGLUG. Now if we can just get an e-mail from him. :-) The least he could do is post some cool links. He must be busy. Since I can't meet with the group, I love getting EUGLUG's e-mails. It was great to hear Rodney e-mails again. Now If Rob Shirey would post I'd be happy. :-) Tim On Tuesday 15 July 2003 11:31 pm, you wrote: > I sent my message on the euglug list for a reason.
