 IT COMPLAINS that port 80 is already in use.
BTW, the first 'apachectl stop' removed the <serverroot>/logs/httpd.pid file
(the default for 2.0.46) -- I even tried to trick apache by creating such a
httpd.pid containing the pid of the bad process and then running the 'stop' option.
