Well I don't have any starting capital ($1,000-10,000 per participant.)
Anything more then that requires a business loan or venture capital.  If
that's what your looking for.  It's not that I wouldn't work to generate
some starting capital, but I would have to be convinced that there was a
market.  For a business loan you would have to be convinced and for venture
capital you would have to convince someone else.

What distinguishes this from TIVO?  In this market it would have to be
price.  I would assume that you would start with a demo system and see what
kind of interest you could generate.  I think I fall back to my original
statement.  After you make the rounds...I'll still be interested.
