I really like "tiki", a wiki variant designed with a whole load of
groupware facilities... and version 1.7 was recently released:

PS - phpGroupWare's site just got hacked, althoug it apparently didn't
affect their development.  Aside from the above, I can also suggest
postNuke, which derived from phpNuke. Check freshmeat.net ;-)

But maybe you can help me differentiate between the norm of content
