Replacing Groupwise?  Ooh, that's a tough one.  The only system that's better than
Groupwise is Lotus Notes, and that's EXPENSIVE.  There isn't anything in the free
world that can compete with Groupwise.  If you want web based, phpGroupware.
Opengroupware, if you want an application (can also be web based), though I haven't
seen this up close.

I'd say if you have Groupwise, stick with it.  Your users will love you for it.  I
haven't seen any organization that switched from Groupwise to anything else that
didn't regret it later.  This is from the user point of view.  Administrators don't
count.
