Microsoft will settle. They'll say, we'll give everyone in the suit $100 in damages for every copy of outlook express or outlook they have purchased. They'll also through in another $100 for all of their insecure copies of Internet Explorer that people have purchased. For those who don't get it, oe and outlook are free. Outlook used to be packaged separately, but is now part of office. There is no case.
