Related, to funny compiler messages, I just got a funny error message
from our friends in openbsd land. I'm working on my solaris box,
vascilating between expert and newbie.

saraswati:~$ ssh parvati
You don't exist, go away!
sraswati:~$

In order to get nfs working I had to change my user id. Fine,
did so, but I'm running a slow update job and don't want to logout. So
instead, I just `su cory`ed in all of my xterminals and continued
running. Next I opened a new xterminal, but forgot to su to cory, so
I was running on some numeric uid.
