It's probably the mailing list server, which has changed locations and 
addresses and had a few issues with DNS, bad connectivity to DNS servers, and 
at least one mailmanctl unshunt to deal with the aforementioned.


sorry about all that but, our alleged network-service provider seems to have 
decided they don't want to be an ISP anymore and we're scrambling to get out 
from under.
