Or put in a mail filter for them.  I've been in the process of revamping
my business email filter from an exim+procmail based solution to a
postfix+spamassassin+amavisd-new+ldap.  Soon I'll likely add on
pyzor+dcc+razor.  Since adding on postfix I haven't accepted a single
virus, not even in to my quarantine!  They are rejected at the door
(MTA).
