Those of you who read Slashdot regularly saw this InternetWeek
article.
Microsoft Dissatisfaction Running High, Users Contemplate Switch
http://www.internetweek.com/webDev/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=15201593
Those of you who compulsively read every link from Slashdot (-: saw
that the article quotes Chris LaVoie, President of Nu-World
Communication, Eugene, OR.
"We have already migrated all our servers to BSD or Linux and
are working to eliminate Windows from the desktop wherever
possible. We are using Linux and Apple OSX on the
desktops. We would go all-OSX if the hardware was not so
expensive."
Do you think that anyone who works there might want to give EUGLUG a
presentation on Nu-World's BSD and Linux experience?
(Yes, I'm aware that Ken and Ben are Nu-Worlders.)
