I've been feeding them to bogofilter. Bogofilter is eating most of them now. So I'd say, yes, flag them as spam. It has made my wordlists bigger, but no moreso than all the creative spellings of various drugs' names. The bayesian filter will find useful stuff in the headers, if nothing else. Besides, do you *really* want mail from someone who uses "baudelaire" conversationally?
