Er, our LUG will be represented. If you have a big penguin, sign, or banner that
would represent us well, please let me know! I'm acting as the booth coordinator
for our participation in the OCF Community Village. Patrick, Ed, and Jamie are all
slated to be involved this year as well. If you want to get involved in this,
there is a chance for a daypass (day worker) still, or else you'd have to line up
for next year... unless Jamie backs out although it is not usual for newcomers to
get a camping pass!

And, in case you meant "the penguin" figuratively, I am a hap[py linux-head
although I do like to remind people that our group represents open source and free
software in general, and *BSD and other *nix variants as well as Linux ;-)

Hope this helps,

   Ben

PS - BTW, if you're considering a worker daypass in order to simply enjoy the fair,
please don't -- it involves work both ahead-of-time and during the fair. A
joe-public daypass is ~$15 I think, well worth it if you want to be unattached and
spend the day exploring the excitement. OTOH, if you want to get involved with the
Fair Family, do work and help out, let me know. It is a fairly fair faery tale...

PPS - Is anyone assigned to swag collection this year? I'm wondering what our
group has in the way of material propaganda for this summer season. I think Ed may
still have the majority of the goods from last year. IIRC there was a big
inflatable penguin.
