Most of NetBSD's graphics support comes via XFree86. I think you will want the i810 driver: (from XFree86 support docs ) "i810 supports the i810, i810-DC100, i810e, i815, 830M, 845G, 852GM, 855GM, and 865G chipsets." ref: http://www.xfree86.org/current/i810.4.html You might want to read the sections on acceleration & color depth support.
