Most of NetBSD's graphics support comes via XFree86. I think you
will want the i810 driver:

(from XFree86 support docs )

"i810 supports the i810, i810-DC100, i810e, i815, 830M, 845G, 852GM,
855GM, and 865G chipsets."

You might want to read the sections on acceleration & color depth support.
Also, check what version of XFree NetBSD-current has; could affect level
of driver support.
